Brendan received his Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and Human Performance from Metropolitan State University of Denver and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Since graduating college in 2014, Brendan has begun his career as a Sports Performance Coach with Landow Performance in Denver, Colorado training athletes of all levels from youth to professional.

Brendan marched with the Blue Knights from 2008 through 2012 as a lead mellophone. After the 2009 season, marching under Craig Sellers, he began teaching local high school marching bands alongside Craig and has been a visual instructor ever since. From 2013 through 2015 he was a visual instructor for the Colts Drum and Bugle Corps where he was also in-charge of the corps’ strength and conditioning.

This will be Brendan’s second year as the Strength & Conditioning Coach and Visual Instructor for The Cadets. It is his goal to bridge the gap between sports performance and drum corps providing the membership with the necessary tools to develop all of the bio-motor abilities of athleticism while decreasing the likelihood of injury.
